Shipping Schedule

To ensure the highest quality and freshness, we follow a consistent shipping schedule:

  • Oklahoma Orders: Ship Monday–Wednesday
  • All Other States: Ship every Monday and Tuesday

All orders are shipped via UPS using insulated packaging designed to maintain safe temperatures during transit. Once your order ships, customers will receive tracking information via email.

How Your Order is Packed

Every order is handled with expert care by our team.

Our master butchers perfectly age, hand-cut, and immediately vacuum seal each steak before blast freezing. This process locks in freshness and preserves your beef in its original, perfectly-aged state—without compromising quality.

  • Vacuum sealed for peak freshness
  • Blast frozen to maintain flavor and tenderness
  • Packed in insulated boxes with ice packs

This ensures your beef arrives cold, protected, and ready to enjoy.

Delivery Timing

  • Transit time is typically 2 days once shipped
  • Delivery dates may vary slightly depending on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays

Do I Need to Be Home?

No—customers do not need to be home at delivery.

Our packaging is designed to keep orders cold for several hours after arrival. We recommend bringing the package inside as soon as possible and placing it in the freezer or refrigerator.

What If My Order Thaws Slightly?

No worries—this can occasionally happen, especially during warmer months.

As long as the beef is:

  • Cool to the touch
  • At or below 41°F

It is safe to refrigerate or refreeze due to our vacuum-sealed packaging.

Holiday Shipping Notice

To help ensure orders arrive in the best possible condition, shipping schedules may be adjusted during holidays or periods of severe weather.

Orders placed near major holidays may experience slight processing or transit delays due to carrier availability.

If any changes to our normal shipping schedule occur, customers will be notified through our website, email updates, or tracking notifications.
